Modern neo-expressionism
Art with teeth.
Two people can stand before the same face and see different ghosts
Selected works, studies, commissions, and the occasional beautiful accident.
Selected work
Some worlds exist beyond language: the ones around us, and the ones buried within. My work explores those places words cannot quite reach.

Selected shows, displays, and public appearances of the work.
Community work
Aberdare Art Society
Aberdare Art Society is a long-running community art group with roots dating back to the 1940s. The group brings together artists of all abilities, working across a wide range of mediums, styles, and approaches.
I have been chairperson of the society since 2018, helping to support its weekly running, organise workshops and demonstrations, and create opportunities for members to develop their practice. This has included working with professional artists across South Wales, liaising with galleries for exhibitions, and securing over £5,000 in grant funding for the group.
The society meets every Wednesday at 7pm and is open to anyone with an interest in creating art, whether they are experienced, returning to art, or starting for the first time.

The work
My work began as a way to quiet my mind: to give shape to thoughts and feelings that moved too quickly, too heavily, or too strangely to explain in words.
I create modern neo-expressionist art as a way of looking inward and making sense of the world around me. My Fate series explores the emotions we often cannot speak: dark, chaotic, joyful, frightening, beautiful, and sometimes all of those things at once.
Some feelings shine like light. Others open beneath us like bottomless chasms. My work sits in that unstable space, where introspection turns into image and the unspeakable begins to take form.
